Physical Rehabilitation Services are available to students through TitanMED.

The services are designed to meet the needs of students who can benefit from an exercise-based rehabilitation program in order to recover from a musculoskeletal injury.

Referral

A referral/prescription from a TitanMED provider, during the current semester, is required in order to make an appointment. Prescriptions from outside physicians are currently not being accepted.Ìý

All appointments must be made in person or by calling the department:Ìý (657) 278-2860. Length and duration of treatment are determined by staff after the initial evaluation.Ìý

Please Note: There is aÌý No Show Fee Ìýof $20 for cancellations and missed appointments made less than 4 hours in advance.
