URE26 Recommendations
Ìý We are now accepting Recommendations for URE26. All recommendations are due Wednesday, march 11, 2026 at 11:59pm
Community college students applying to the Undergraduate Research Experience program offered by Project RAISE at Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ may obtain one recommendation from a community college professor or a counselor. Recommendations for URE26 must be submitted by Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Information for recommenders
The recommendation form will include:
a) a brief evaluation of the student's potential, skills, and abilities
b) short answer questions or an option to submit a letter of recommendation
Recommenders should address these questions:
1. How long and in what capacity have you known this applicant?
2. What do you know of the student's future educational and/or career plans? Please describe the student's potential for academic success and the student's strengths and weaknesses.
3. Please discuss the student'sÌýqualifications and merits for conducting research and solving problems as part of a team. Why would they be a good fit to participate in the Undergraduate Research Experience?
Specific examples of any of the above are helpful, but not necessary. Ìý
